happy family

Building a happy family is very difficult. Because people are unique and regardless of how hard you try to please others, you cannot just cannot please some of them. It is easy to build a tower or a mansion than a happy family.

But how could you possibly make it happy? Maybe give them a job so that they are busy working than making noises. Or put them in a separate homes but one parents in each house. I just cannot think of a wise plan to make a two families happy together. When you say happy means there is peace and comfort at home, not just one time happiness in a party and then cannot get along each other for any reasons. Happy family is close each other and has respect and love each other. How can you love the other parties when you do not want them to be part in your family? Your parents married to a new partner and you as a kid has no choice but to deal with the situation. When can you have a peace in mind and how will you accept the facts? It might take a long time to adopt the new environment you are in. But I do not think that everybody is happy to stay together at all. I bet they cannot wait to run away and start their own family or weak nest.

things you don't say at a job interview

After a long time you had study in a university, I'm sure all of us want to get a job.
So here are a few things you don't say at a job interview.

1. I know my resume doesn't make much sense but I can assure you either does my life!

2. So what your telling me is that if I were to get one of my fingers cut off in that big machine over there, I would be able stay home and still receive my pay checks?

3. It's a good thing I got this interview, the utilities got cut off and I haven't had a shower for almost three weeks.

4. I would just ask that you don't call any of my references... or my last five employers!

5. When you call any of my three references on my resume, you will get a switchboard. Just ask for "Solitary" and get one of the guards to drop a message.

6. I realize it seems odd that I have had only one job lasting only three days in forty-one years, but honestly nothing really jumped out at me!

effective communication

Effective communication is all about conveying your messages to other people clearly and unambiguously. It's also about receiving information that others are sending to you, with as little distortion as possible.

In fact, communication is only successful when both the sender and the receiver understand the same information as a result of the communication.

By successfully getting your message across, you convey your thoughts and ideas effectively. When not successful, the thoughts and ideas that you actually send do not necessarily reflect what you think, causing a communications breakdown and creating roadblocks that stand in the way of your goals – both personally and professionally.

Being able to communicate effectively is therefore essential if you want to build a successful career. To do this, you must understand what your message is, what audience you are sending it to, and how it will be perceived. You must also weigh-in the circumstances surrounding your communications, such as situational and cultural context.

Tips on How to have Great Conversation with Anyone

With these tips you will be well on your way to having a good, meaningful and entertaining conversation with anyone!

First, make a good first impression. Smile, ask questions that require more than a yes/no answer, and really listen. Maintain eye contact and keep as friendly and polite as possible.

Then,Listen. This is the most important part of any conversation. You might think a conversation is all about talking, but it will not go anywhere if the listener is too busy thinking of something to say next. Pay attention to what is being said.

You also must ask questions. What do they like to do? What sort of things have they done in their life? What is happening to them now? What did they do today or last weekend? Identify things about them that you might be interested in hearing about, and politely ask questions.

Forget yourself. It’s much easier to become interested in others than it is to convince them to be interested in you.” If you are too busy thinking about yourself, what you look like, or what the other person might be thinking, you will never be able to relax. Introduce yourself, shake hands, then forget yourself and focus on them instead.

Lastly, know when the conversation is over. Even the best conversations will eventually run out of steam or be ended by an interruption. Shake hands with the other person and be sure to tell them you enjoyed talking with them. Ending on a positive note will leave a good impression and likely bring them back later for more!
